The mortal remains of Spr Vipin Singh, a resident of Dharkot (Pabo development block) in Uttarakhand, who was martyred in Siachen, reached his native village on Tuesday.
Shaheed Vipin Singh was in 57 Bungalow Engineering and was posted in Siachen these days. Shaheed Vipin Singh, aged 24 years, had joined the army about 4 years ago. He was hit by a glacier and was martyred after slipping his feet in Siachen.
Hon’ble Governor took to twitter and expressed his deepest condolences to the family of Shaheed Vipin Singh and called him “Brave son of Uttarakhand“
