Uttarakhand’s Badrinath priest slams minister and his group for their visit amid lockdown!

The visit of the minister in charge of Chamoli district Dhan Singh Rawat along with few other BJP leaders to Uttarakhand’s shrine Badrinath on Sunday has been condemned by the temple priests, stating it a breach of SOP pertaining to the second wave in the state, issued by the government.
The leader was questioned by the priests about his visit at a time when the state government has put a hold on the Char Dham Yatra pilgrimage for the general public, according to ANI.
For the record, even the localities aren’t allowed to visit the temple during these tough times.
The captured photo also shows two people not wearing masks.

Such a situation instills only one question in mind that do the SOP and guidelines issued by the government not pertain to ruling party workers and if it does then shouldn’t the following party workers be subjected to some kind of action for setting up a wrong example like this?

Let us tell you all that for the Char Dham Yatra SOP has been issued by the government because of Covid-19 which bars the tourists and devotees from entering the temple.
